'Power Struggle' by Sauna echoes over the PA System and we are now LIVE from the Gaylord Entertainment Centre in Nashville, Tennessee. The cameras pan about the arena as the fans are in their seats as ready as they could ever hope to be as Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler and "The Voice" himself Joey Styles are at ringside to call tonight's action. All Three men are dressed casually as one camera pans to the set which is reminiscent of the wCw Bash At The Beach set with fake palm trees nested in sand at the side of the ramp. However the main difference is this.. this is the IWA and everything is metal giving us a futuristic look.

The Camera’s then pans to Jim Ross and Company at ringside.

Jim Ross: Welcome ladies and Gentlemen to the Gaylord Entertainment Centre in Nashville, Tennessee and Welcome to BASH AT THE BEACH!!!!!! And What a Night we have for you tonight ranging from what is sure to be our hotly contested Main Event but also a 2 Falls Match as well as all other titles on the line except for the Tag Team Titles. Ladies and Gentlemen TONIGHT is guaranteed to be a night that will go down in the folklore of IWA.

Jerry Lawler: Wow, JR You are on Fire!!!

Jim Ross: Well King I am excited because this PPV has the makings of a classic.

Joey Styles: You Know what guys this is a different feeling for PPV for me. Usually I start off doing a lil shtick in the ring but setting here ready to call the action is a tremendous.

Jim Ross: Glad that’s your feelings Joey because tonight as I just said before has the makings of a classic.

Jerry Lawler: Someone get JR Some Water. HAHAHAHA.

Joey Styles: Well guys we could talk ALL night long but that would be boring our fans because they came here to see wrestling and that is exactly what they are going to get.

Jim Ross: Your right on the money their Joey and our First match may not see much catch as you can wrestling but it will indeed contain Intensity?

Jerry Lawler: I didn’t know Kurt was wrestling.

Joey Styles: No King opening up Bash at the Beach will be The RUNNING THE ZONE match with Ken Shamrock.

Jerry Lawler: Shamrock? That guy is a certified Nutjob.

Match 1

Battle Of The Giants
The Undertaker v Kevin Nash v Kane

 
A graphic showing The Undertaker Vs Nash Vs Kane comes up on the screen and then fades and the words ‘Battle of the Giants’ appear on the screen.

With that Taker’s Music hits and the Badass comes out to a huge pop. He stands atop of the ramp and waits for whoever comes out next.

Kane’s old style organ music hits and The Undertaker’s brother steps out! The fans don’t know how to re-act as Kane walks down the ramp. Taker stalks him from behind but Kane turns around and hits Taker with a vicious right hand sending him to the ground! Kane gets in the ring as his music continues and then lifts his arms up and pyros shoot up from the turnbuckles sending the referee running for cover!  Undertaker gets in the ring and pushes Kane. Who pushes him back! Taker punches Kane! Kane looks away from Undertaker and then looks at the crowd. The crowd cheer and Kane goes for the Chock slam! However Undertaker scores a low blow, which, lucky, the ref failed to notice. Taker picks Kane up and hits and body slam.

Jim Ross: Undertaker with a low blow and how didn’t the referee see that? And the body slam by taker, did you see him lift Kane, he lifted the big red machine and slammed him right to the canvas.

Jerry Lawler: Its not cheating if you don’t get caught, that’s how I have always been made to believe, but full credit to the undertaker, he is trying his very best to win this match and after ten years in this business I he a huge advantage.

Joey Styles: It’s not cheating if you don’t get caught? Is that what all your woman say to you Jerry? Oh and I would say that Kevin Nash has been around just as long as Taker has, but what am I to know?

Taker picks Kane up by his hair and sends him down with a strong right hand right to the mask! Kane rolls out of the ring and Undertaker stalks him around the ringside area. Kane starts to walk back up the ramp when Nash runs out! Kevin Nash hits Kane with a Big Boot and then starts wildly brawling with Taker sending the crowd crazy. Taker goes to throw him into the steps but Nash reverses and Taker is sent into them. Kane gets up and pulls Nash’s hair and slams his head onto the ring apron. The ref starts to count them out so Kane gets in the ring and pulls Nash in with him. Kane throws Kevin into the ropes and hits him down with a big boot of his own. Nash, however trips the ref up and then low blows Kane! Nash gets up and goes for the Nash Knife PowerBomb! And he connects! Kane lays on the mat motionless as Nash goes for the pin! However Undertaker gets in the ring and picks Nash up. He hits a chock slam on Nash and then goes to pin Kane! 1…2…Kick out!

Jim Ross: CHOKESLAM BY THE UNDERTAKER!!! UNDERTAKER PINS KANE...KANE KICKS OUT ON TWO AND BAH GOD WHAT A GOOD MATCH THIS IS TURNING OUT TO BE!

Jerry Lawler: These giants are starting to show us what they can do, this is the battle of the giants and we are seeing all the biggest monsters kill each other! This makes Pokemon look like it was meant for 12 year olds!

Joey Styles: Pokemon has always been for 12 year olds,you must be the only 12 year old who doesn’t like it.

The fans go crazy!!!!! A huge Kane chant starts up as Kane kicks out of Takers choke slam.

Kane sits up!!! Taker looks shocked and doesn’t know what to do. Kane stands up and goes towards Taker. He hits an uppercut and sends Taker onto the ropes. He lays into Takers stomach sending the crowd crazy! He then goes for the tombstone! Kane walks around the ring getting ready but Taker reverses and hits a tombstone of his own! 1…2…Nash breaks it up!  Nash throws Taker to the turnbuckle, he lifts Kane up and delivers a spine buster, he then pins Kane…One…Two…Taker breaks up the count, all three men get up, Taker throws Kane to the turnbuckle, he then throws Nash to the turnbuckle…he runs to Kane and clotheslines him on the turnbuckle, he then runs to the other and knocks Kevin Nash, both men fall to the ground, Taker picks Nash up and delivers a Chokeslam that rocks the ring…Kane then gets behind taker and as taker turns he grabs his throat and chokeslams him, Undertaker then rolls out the ring as Kane waits for Kevin Nash to get up…just then JOHN CENA RUNS INTO THE RING WITH WHAT LOOKS LIKE A CHAIN OF SOME SORT AND WAITS BEHIND KANE…

Jim Ross: WHAT THE HELL IS CENA DOING HERE?!?! DON’T TURN AROUND KANE!!!!

Jerry Lawler: Arghhhh!!!! Look who is behind Kane!!! Its Cena, I think Kane is going to get the RAP beaten out of him if he isn’t careful!

Joey Styles: Where’s the referee when you need him?

Jim Ross: He is attending Undertaker outside the ring!

As Kane turns around, John Cena knocks him with what looks like a silver object…Kane falls to the ground and holds his head…Kevin Nash gets up and lifts Kane and throws him down with the Jackknife powerbomb, he then covers Kane as the referee gets back into the ring…

Kevin Nash wins the match as John Cena gets into the ring….both men hold their arms up in the air as the fans go crazy as both men leave up the ramp

Winner: Kevin Nash.

We see Shane McMahon walking down the corridor when he bumps into John Cena & Kevin Nash, we then see Triple H alongside Shane McMahon as all men look at each other…

Shane McMahon: Hey Guys, did you get my phone call this week?

Kevin Nash nods his head…

John Cena: Hey Shane, We got your phone call and just now we took out two giants, just like that, you know something Shane I am glad I am on your side, and soon I will beat the living crap out of Raven and bring the Extreme Championship back home to us.

Shane McMahon: That’s the kind of attitude I like to see, you see guys I have picked the best to represent me and help win me back my company, Eric Bischoff doesn’t even know what has hit him yet, oh and guess what guys…Triple H is with us.

Kevin Nash: Heh, I already know Shane, we knew before you knew, Triple H & Nash, we are old buddies.

Triple H: Oh and just like Cena said, I will also bring back gold for us tonight, International Championship will be mine and then I can go on and win the second fall and go on to face the world champion, whoever that may be.

Shane McMahon: Well I will be around tonight and guys, this is just the start of things…

Shane McMahon & Triple H walk off as Cena & Nash head down the opposite end of the corridor….

Jim Ross: Shane McMahon? Triple H? Cena?  Kevin Nash? Together? WHATS GOING ON? I don’t like the look of this, Shane McMahon has made some sort of alliance.

Jerry Lawler: And he says this is the start of things? What next?

Joey Styles: My money would be on Shane McMahon possibly introducing another superstar into the mix…although with Shane McMahon who knows what can happen?!

Tony Chimmel: The following match is scheduled for one fall and is for the IWA Xtreme championship introducing first the challenger…John Cena.

Cena's music hits and he come out with the Mic.

Cena: Hey yo,yo,yo cut the music. Yo rave...

He gets cut off by raven’s music he turns round to see what's going on as raven charges out from the entrance running Cena over with a shopping trolley.

He starts unloading the trolley until he finds the Singapore cane he does his pose holding the Singapore cane as Cena gets up he breaks the cane over cena's head.

Joey Styles: Oh my goddddd

Cena lies on the ground trying to shake of the effects of the shot raven lifts him by the hair and walks down to the ring dragging Cena behind him and pushing the shopping trolley in front of him.

Raven rolls cena into the ring and flips up the ring apron to see what toys are under the ring. Raven pulls out dustbins, bin lids baking trays ladders, lead pipe and throws the lighter items into the ring. Cena beginning to get to his feet dodging the weapons raven throws into the ring. Cena takes off his padlock and chain and wraps it around his fist and lies back on the floor, raven drops the apron and rolls into the ring. The bell rings to officially start the match. Raven walks up to Cena and pokes him with his foot. He kneels down to pick him up. Cena punches him with the chain flooring raven.

Jim Ross: Looks like Cena was playing possum their!

Cena makes the cover 1..2.. Raven gets the shoulder up.

Jerry Lawler: He should have hooked the leg

Cena gets infuriated and starts harassing the ref.

While Cena does this raven has come through and has 2 bin lids. Cena turns around as raven readies to use the bin lids as cymbals across cena's head. Cena ducks and rams Raven to the turn buckle. Cena gets his Chain and chokes raven in the corner with it. Raven manages to break free after giving Cena a low blow kick.

Cena Lies on the ground as raven rolls back to the outside of the ring and sets up the ladder he walks back towards the ring and drags Cena out of the ring. He rolls Cena onto the top of the shopping trolley and rolls it next to the ladder raven signals and waves towards the entrance, Matt hardy walks out from under the entrance he runs to the center of the ramp and stops at the ladder he circles it once slowly and looks at raven. Raven nods and Matt climbs half way up the ladder he goes for the leg drop on to the trolley but Cena manages to tip it as hardy crashes onto the side of the trolley which crumples under the impact. Cena crawls up the ramp as raven tends to the fallen Hardy. Cena gets to the entrance and turns to raven and shouts F' you. As he does raven looks up and chases Cena. As they run out the entrance Nash Is shown coming out of the crowd with a smile on his face and he sets up a table and powerbomb’s Hardy through it. He then walks up ramp following Raven and Cena.

Jim Ross: That B@stard I bet HHH told him to do that.

We cut backstage and see Cena rolling on the floor and raven following. Suddenly Nash comes up from behind and attacks Raven giving Cena the upper Hand again they come to the end of a corridor there is a door with the name Board room Cena Whips raven up against the door, Raven puts the door through and HHH and Shane’s standing there ready to kick Raven Cena picks Raven up and hits him with the F'U HHH walks through the door and helps Nash attack Steiner who has run up and Nash has been holding back Cena falls on top of raven and the ref gets down and counts the 1..2..Kickout Cena, and Shane who is still in the room, have no idea how he kicked out Shane Sets up a table as Cena lifts raven And delivers the FU through the table he covers raven once more 1..2..3 John Cena is the new IWA Xtreme champion!!!

Backstage we see Eric Bischoff sitting in his office when we hear a knock on the door...
 
Eric Bischoff: Come In...
 
We then see Roddy Piper as we hear the fans in the background cheering...
 
Eric Bischoff: Whoa...what is this? Some sort of Friends Re-united or something? I dont remember sending out an invite to you...Roddy Piper.
 
Roddy Piper: That's because you didn't invite me, you see Eric, for years now I have been waiting for right chance to come back into the wrestling scene, I have watched every wrestling company you can ever think of, but I think I have found the right company and I am ready to make my comeback Eric Bischoff which is why I am here in your office.
 
Eric Bischoff: If you want a good reference then I can give you one, but at the moment I really am busy Mr Roddy Piper, and I could do without you in my office.
 
Roddy Piper: Bischoff you are missing my point, I want to join the Internet Wrestling Alliance, I want back into wrestling and I want you to give me a chance.
 
Eric Bischoff: Ill give you a chance alright, ill give you ten seconds to get out of my office or ill get you kicked out of the building, have I made myself clear Piper?
 
Roddy Piper: Please Eric, give me a chance, ill do anything, ill wrestle, ill be a referee, ill be a manager? A manager, that's a good idea, think of the ratings, think of what I can do to this company...
 
Eric Bischoff: Look Roddy Piper I already told you that I have no time for this..
 
Just then Sean O'Haire walks into the office...
 
Sean O'Haire: Hey Eric, just the guy I want to see, I would like to thank you for offering me a IWA contract, I thought that as you was here and I was here I would thank you in person, I wont let you down Mr Bischoff, and if you ever need a favour then I am the man for you.
 
Roddy Piper: Did you say a favour O'Haire? You see Bischoff here doesn't do anyone any favours, all I ask for is for a chance to be something here in the IWA.
 
Eric Bischoff: THAT IS IT!! Ill tell you what Piper, you can have a contract but only on these conditions, firstly you have to agree to what I do and secondly you get the hell out of my office, so here's the deal, you want to be a IWA star so badly, well you can manage Sean O'Haire, but if it doesn't work out then that's it, your IWA career is over.
 
Sean O'Haire: What?
 
Roddy Piper: Oh YESSSS I wont let you down Bischoff, and as for you Sean I already have plans to make you the biggest IWA superstar ever!
 
Eric Bischoff: You just did me your favour Sean, goodbye.
 
Both men leave Bischoffs office.

Ken Shamrock v Lance Storm, Jeff Hardy & The Big Show.

We return back from the IWA ring and see Ken Shamrock in the ring as he is warming up when Storms music hits the PA system…
 

He steps out onto the ramp with a microphone…

Lance Storm: If I can be serious for a minute….Ken Shamrock for years I have seen you proclaim yourself as being the most dangerous man in the world, but tonight its going to change, tonight you will be known as the former dangerous man in the world because when I step into the ring, I will show you and these stupid Americans that there’s more to lance storm than a good personality.

Jim Ross: Good personality? Is Lance Storm serious?

Jerry Lawler: If I can be serious for a minute JR, I think Lance Storm could be onto something here, I mean nothing against Shamrock, but Lance Storm is a lot more dangerous. I mean just look at him. He scares me and I'm all the way over here.

Joey Styles: Well King you are scared of everything apart from Puppies, Shamrock is as tough as you can get nowadays in the squared circle…

Lance Storm walks down the ramp and runs into the ring as the bell sounds, the fans go crazy as Shamrock opens up on Storm, Shamrock begins punching and kicking Storm, he then lifts Strom up and throws him to the ropes storm comes back, slides under shamrock, shamrock turns and Storm meets Shamrock with a kick to the face, Storm runs to the ropes comes back and does a slide kick that knocks Shamrock to the outside of the ring, Storm then launches himself over the top rope and falls on Shamrock as both men fall to the outside of the ring.

Jim Ross: Both men are down on the outside of the ring and so far Storm has given Shamrock one hell of a challenge.

Jerry Lawler: You can say that again JR.

Joey Styles: This match has only just begun!

Storm throws Shamrock into the ring and slides in, he then lifts Shamrock up, he attempts to throw him to the ring but Shamrock uses his strength and clotheslines Storms he then picks up Storm and Suplexes him…he gets up and grabs Storms head and does a neckbreaker as Storm falls down holding his neck, he then goes for a cover…One…Two…Storm kicks out, Shamrock lifts Storm up in the air and drops him face first as Shamrock begins to dominate the match, storm crawls slowly across the ring as Shamrock picks him up, he then throws him to the ropes, Storm comes back and Shamrock once again knocks him down, Shamrock then lifts Storm up and throws him against the turnbuckle, Shamrock runs to the turnbuckle but Storm raises his feet and kicks Shamrocks face, he then climbs onto the turnbuckle and does a super dropkick from the top rope onto Shamrock…he then covers Shamrock and goes for the pin, One…Two…Shamrock kicks out, Storm kicks Shamrock and goes for the Maple Leaf as he locks the submission in, Shamrock then reverses it into the Ankle Lock as the fans go crazy as Storm taps like crazy, before Shamrock can let go, Jeff Hardy slides into the ring and beats down on Shamrock….

Jim Ross: Jeff Hardy enters the match and Shamrock is starting to feel the strain of having to compete against three different people!

Shamrock grabs the ropes as the referee stops Jeff Hardy, Shamrock gets up but Jeff Hardy knocks him down by taking his legs out, Jeff Hardy runs to the ropes comes back and does an elbow drop as the fans mark out, Jeff Hardy takes his T-Shirt off and throws it into the crowd, he then lifts Shamrock up and throws him to the ropes Shamrock comes back, Jeff ducks and follows through with a swinging neckbreaker that sends both men down, Jeff Hardy quickly throws his arm over Shamrock as the referee counts…One…Two…Shamrock kicks out, Jeff Hardy looks at the referee and then lifts Shamrock up, Shamrock then fights back by delivering a kick to the midsection, he then follows through by knocking Jeff Hardy down with a shoulder charge, he runs to the ropes comes back, jumps over Jeff Hardy comes back, Jeff jumps up, Shamrock runs under his legs bounces off the ropes and Jeff knocks him down with another dropkick, Jeff Hardy then jumps onto the top turnbuckle and signals for the Swanton Bomb, he connect to Shamrock and makes the pin…ONE TWO THREE!!!!! BUT NOOOOO!!! SHAMROCK HAD HIS FOOT ON THE ROPE, JEFF HARDY THINKS HE HAS WON!!!!! HE JUMPS ABOUT IN THE RING THINKING HE HAS WON, JUST THEN SHAMROCK GETS UP AND GETS BEHIND JEFF HARDY AS JEFF HARDY TURNS AROUND, SHAMROCK DELIVERS A INCH PERFECT BELLY TO BELLY…HE THEN COVERS JEFF HARDY…ONE…TWO…THREEEEEE!!!! KEN SHAMROCK ELIMINATES JEFF HARDY!!!!!!

Big Show then enters the ring as Jeff Hardy slowly rolls out the ring, the referee tells Jeff Hardy and Lance Storm to leave the ringside area but as he does that Big Show gets into the ring and takes out Shamrock from behind, as the final fall match gets underway, Big Show throws Shamrock into the turnbuckle and slaps his chest, the fans chant WOOOO as Show starts to go crazy…he rips into Shamrock and throws him across the ring, at this point Shamrock can just about stand up, Show lifts him up and slams him to the ground as he goes for a pin…One…Two…Shamrock kicks out, shamrock then slowly gets up and low blows Big Show, he then takes Shows legs as Show falls to the ground, the fans cheer as Shamrock begins to fight back, Shamrock lifts show up and throws him to the ropes, Show comes back and Shamrock kicks his face…show falls down…as Shamrock runs to the ropes he then does an elbow drop…he then lifts show and goes to do the belly to belly, but Show does a headbutt that knocks Shamrock back a few feet, Big Show then clotheslines him down shouts as he raises his hand in the air, as shamrock gets up, Show grabs his neck, Shamrock then kicks him in the midsection and follows through with a DDT, the fans go crazy as Shamrock lies there next to the big show, BOTH MEN SLOWLY GET UP, SHOW GRABS SHAMROCKS NECK AGAIN BUT SHAMROCK THROWS BIG SHOW INTO THE REFEREE WHO FALLS TO THE GROUND, BIG SHOW THEN CHOKE SLAMS SHAMROCK AS BOTH MEN FALL DOWN ON THEIR BACK, AT THIS POINT LANCE STORM & JEFF HARDY BOTH RUN INTO THE RING AND ATTACK SHAMROCK THE BIG SHOW LIES DOWN, RIC FLAIR ALSO RUNS DOWN THE RAMP AS THE SLIDES INTO THE RING HE THEN ATTACKS SHAMROCK AS WELL AS ALL MEN START TO BEAT DOWN ON THE WORLDS MOST DANGEROUS MAN, JUST THEN WE SEE JOHN CENA, KEVIN NASH & TRIPLE H RUN DOWN THE RAMP, THEY GET INTO THE RING, CENA THROWS STORM OUT THE RING, NASH THROWS JEFF HARDY OUT AND TRIPLE H LOOKS AT FLAIR BOTH MEN STARE INTO EACH OTHERS EYES AND THEN HUG…THE FANS BOO AS SHAMROCK LIES DOWN ON THE FLOOR WITH CENA, NASH, HHH & FLAIR SURROUNDING THE MAN, BOOKER T THEN COMES RUNNING DOWN THE RAMP AS FANS GO CRAZY…HE SLIDES INTO THE RING, TRIPLE H MOVES OUT THE WAY AND HE KICKS RIC FLAIR, HE THEN FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH THE BOOKEND AS FLAIR ROLLS OUT THE RING, AS BIG SHOW GETS UP, SHAMROCK QUICKLY GRABS HOLD OF HIS ANKLE AS THE MEN LEAVE THE RING, STORM & JEFF RUN UP THE RAMP AS RIC FLAIR LOOKS KNOCKED OUT…AS SHAMROCK LOCKS ON THE ANKLE LOCK ON SHOW, THE REFEREE RUNS INTO THE RING…AND RINGS THE BELL AS BIG SHOW BEGINS TO TAP, SHAMROCK THEN KICKS BIG SHOW OUT THE RING, AS WE SEE JOHN CENA, KEVIN NASH, BOOKER T, TRIPLE H & SHAMROCK ALL STAND IN A LINE WITH THEIR HANDS UP...

Jim Ross: OH MY GOD!!!! ARE THESE MEN AN ALLIANCE? ARE THEY FORMING SOME SORT OF A STABLE RIGHT HERE AT BASH AT THE BEACH?

Jerry Lawler: It looks like it JR!!!! Look at them, can anything get any better than this?

’Here Comes The Money’ hits the pa system, the fans go crazy as Shane McMahon walks down the ramp with a smile on his face, the superstars then hold the rope open for him as he steps into the ring…he then looks at all the men as they surround him in what looks like a circle.

Shane McMahon: One month ago I was stripped off of my television powers, I the Internet Wrestling Alliance owner lost control of my Television shows when it was handed to Eric Bischoff, I was pretty much removed from the IWA, I had no purpose all I was doing is pumping money into this company, I was paying for the arenas, the superstars, the contracts, the shows, you name it I paid for it, you see I have had enough of Eric Bischoff running around like he owns this place, its my company and it will always be my company and tonight begins the mark of a new era, its time that I brought in a corporation…a alliance, a team, a stable, you see these 5 men will be the guys that will represent my company, alongside me we have the best in the IWA…we have the Extreme Champion John Cena who earlier tonight defeated Raven. We have Kevin Nash the giant who proved what a giant he is by winning earlier tonight. We have Booker T the five time wcw champion who makes his IWA in ring debut next Monday, we have the Game Triple H, the guy who walked out on the UCWA main event at their biggest show of the year, the former world champion, arguably one of the best this business has ever seen, and finally we have the worlds most dangerous man, I don’t know about you but I wouldn’t want to mess with my team, these men here are the best and with that they are now the CORPORATION! Its time that I got back what is mine and that is some control of my company…but this is just a small fraction of what I have in store for you people tonight, you see The Corporation still isn't done tonight…

Shane McMahon leaves the IWA ring as the The Corporation follows him up the ramp…

Jim Ross: The Corporation isn't done tonight? What the hell does Shane McMahon have in store? Who does he think he is?

Jerry Lawler: I think I know what Shane means…Triple H remember still has his 2 falls match, I have a feeling that he will be the International Champion & go on to face The World Champion.

Joey Styles: For once King I agree with you, with Triple H still to compete in his match later tonight, I think that this alliance have a trick up their sleeve!

Sirens hits the pa system, the fans boo as Scott Steiner walks down the ramp, he then steps into the ring as he awaits his opponents…

’Medal’ hits the PA system, Team Angle walk down the ramp as their pyros shoot off into the air, they step into the ring as Steiner looks at both men, both men wearing their hoods take them off as the match bell sounds…

Both men cheap attack Scott Steiner, both men big punching and kicking Steiner as he begins to fight them both off, he throws Haas to one turnbuckle and Benjamin to the other turnbuckle, he then runs at Benjamin and clotheslines him, he begins punching him as he quickly takes control of the match, Haas gets behind Steiner and low blows him, Benjamin climbs onto the top turnbuckle does a clothesline from the top rope, Steiner falls to the mat as Benjamin begins to take over the match, Haas gets outside the ring as Benjamin is the first team member of team angle to start the match he gets behind Steiner and Suplexes him, he holds onto Steiner and delivers another suplex, he still holds onto Steiner and delivers another suplex this time into a pin…One…Two…Steiner kicks out, Steiner kicks out of the German Suplexes…

Jim Ross: Kurt Angle would be proud of that!

Jerry Lawler: You bet he would!

Benjamin picks Steiner up and throws him to the ropes he comes back and clotheslines Benjamin down to the matt, he then picks Benjamin up and delivers a suplex of his own, he then turns it into a pin…One…Two…Thr!!! Benjamin kicks out, Steiner lifts Benjamin and throws him to the turnbuckle, Steiner runs at the turnbuckle, but Benjamin moves out the way, Steiner runs into the turnbuckle, Benjamin goes for the roll up…One…Kick out by Steiner…Both men get up, Benjamin goes for the scoop slam, Steiner counters, he knocks Benjamin to the ground, he gets down on the ground, he goes for the headlock, Haas jumps into the ring and breaks up the hold, Benjamin gets up, he throws Steiner to Team Angles corner, he tags in Haas and holds Steiner as Haas kicks away at Steiner, Benjamin helps Haas as both men team on Steiner, they throw him to the ropes, he comes back and double clotheslines both men down, Haas gets up but Steiner knocks him back down, Benjamin runs at Steiner but Steiner throws him over the ropes he hangs onto the ropes, Haas gets back up and Steiner throws him to the ropes and knocks him into Benjamin, both men tumble over the top rope as Scott Steiner exits the ring…

Jim Ross: Steiner is doing pretty good here, he is holding out both men as he goes for the win!

Jerry Lawler: Well I have to agree, although Team Angle are no where near finished, they are the American champions and by far the best team here!!!!

Joey Styles: This team is beginning to take up the challenge knowing what's at stake if they win!

Haas & Benjamin both throw Steiner into the ring steps, they then lift him up and throw him into the ring, both men get into the ring and double team on him, Benjamin then goes for the pin, One…Two…Steiner kicks out, both men look at each other and pick Steiner up they throw him to the ropes he comes back and takes both men down, he once again throws Haas over the top rope and Benjamin gets behind Steiner, but Steiner gets Benjamin and the STEINER DRIVER!!!!!! Steiner goes to pin Benjamin but the referee says he isn't the legal man!!! Steiner gets outside the ring and throws Haas into the ring, Haas with his hood on rolls into the ring, Steiner picks him up BUT LOW BLOW…AND THE ANGLE SLAM BY HAAS!!!!! HE PINS SCOTT STEINER!!!! ONE….TWO….THREE!!!!!!!!!

TEAM ANGLE STEAL THE WIN AND LEAVE THE RING…

Jim Ross: Team Angle has stolen one here and this is a huge shock, one minute Haas was out of it and the next minute he wasn’t….

Eric Bischoff: Let’s just hold on a second here and let me get something straight, no one here moves anywhere until I say so, if anyone moves then I will suspend them for two weeks without pay, you see I was watching in the backstage area and I saw something very unusual happen, you see Charlie Haas at one moment was down and then he was up again, very weird, but even more weird was the fact that he used Kurt Angles finishing manoeuvre…you see something isn't quite adding up…which is why right here right now I demand that Team Angle take those hoods down because if I am not mistaken and I usually am not, one of those guys is Kurt Angle!!!!

Jim Ross: TEAM ANGLE ARE A BUNCH OF CHEATS!

Team Angle remove the hoods and we see Kurt Angle, with his head down…Benjamin tries to cover Kurt Angle…

The Ring bell sounds as Charlie Haas gets into the ring behind Scott Steiner and attempts a roll up…One…Two…THR!! Benjamin gets into the ring, Steiner takes him down, Haas attacks Steiner and the DDT by Steiner, Benjamin jumps onto the ring ropes and a moonsault onto Scott Steiner, he covers Steiner…One…Two…Steiner kicks out, Team Angle lift Steiner up the throw him to the ropes, Steiner comes back, he throws Haas into Benjamin…Benjamin falls to the outside of the ring, Haas turns around and Steiner goes for the Steiner Driver, Charlie Haas quickly reverses it into the Haas of pain…Steiner goes to reach the rope but reverses the hold into the Steiner Recleiner!!!! Charlie Haas tapes!!! As Scott Steiner quickly leaves the ring as Scott Steiner win the match via Submission!!!

RAVEN’S THEME Plays as the Former Xtreme Champion makes his way down to the ring to a mixed reaction from the crowd.

LIVE FOR THE MOMENT BY MONSTER MAGNET hits as Matt Hardy makes his way out with his Tag Team Title as he slides into the ring as Triple H stares at the two nWd members.

Jim Ross: Triple H and Shane McMahon are the ones that need to be watched.

Jerry Lawler: They are well behaved.

Joey Styles: Well after The Corporation’s Formation earlier this evening I suspect that things aren’t going to be going that well at all.

Finally WALK by Pantera hits as the International Champion ROB VAN DAM makes his way out to the ring as he slides in and is immediately converged on by all four men.

Joey Styles: All four men are looking to gain a early advantage on Van Dam and remember Van Dam doesn’t need to be made in the Decision to determine the first fall.

All three men are hammering on Van Dam before Matt Hardy and Triple H bump into each other which causes the beat down to breakdown as the men pair off. Raven Picks up Van Dam and uppercuts him which catapults him over the Top Rope and to the floor as the camera focus’s on Matt Hardy and Triple H where Triple H has an early advantage and looks to go for the Pedigree but Matt Hardy reverses sending Triple H into the turnbuckle.

Jim Ross: Nasty Fall their for Triple H.

Matt Hardy drags Triple H into the ring and makes a COVER ONE….TWO…BROKEN UP BY SHANE McMAHON!!

Jim Ross: What the Hell was that?

Jerry Lawler: That was Shane McMahon making sure that Matt Hardy doesn’t get the International Title.

Shane Slides out the ring as Matt Hardy chases after him but is stopped by Triple H with a Kneebuster as he stumbles into the ropes and he is backdropped by the game as Van Dam takes Advantage of Raven and throws him into the turnbuckle post and then headscissors him on the rebound onto the ramp. Van Dam climbs into the ring as he and Triple H collide as Van Dam takes Triple H down with a Spinkick and then follows through with Rollin Thunder and then makes a Cover ONE…TWO…THRE BROKEN UP AGAIN BY SHANE McMAHON!!!

Jim Ross: Not Again this is just getting out of hand.

Van Dam looks angrily at Shane as Triple H rams him in the back with a knee the backdrops Van Dam as all attention turns to the rampway as The Undertaker is walking his way down as Shane McMahon starts running away as Van Dam ascends the top Turnbuckle and flies off with a Single Leg Dropkick on Triple as he is sprawled on the mat as he makes his way up and FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH AS HE VAN DAM MAKES A COVER ONE….TWO…..THREEE!!!!!!!!!!

Jim Ross: Van Dam has retained his International Title.

Jerry Lawler: That was just unfair. The Undertaker distracted Triple H.

Joey Styles: What happened has Happened.

As Van Dam momentarily celebrates is met behind by Raven who spins Van Dam AROUND AND EVENFLOW DDT!!!!!!!!!

The Big Show and Ric Flair are walking backstage and seemingly angered after The Big Show’s loss to Ken Shamrock in the Running The Zone match and they run into the President Eric Bischoff.
 
Eric Bischoff: Oh Hey Boys how are things going?
 
Flair and Big Show just glance at Bischoff.
 
Eric Bischoff: Oh that’s right you lost tonight but hey I did warn you but you didn’t listen and then decided to state that you will be making my life a living hell?

IF YA SMEELLLLLLLLL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKIN Hits as The Challenger makes his way down the ramp and slides into the ring as he is treated to a series of boo’s from the fans as he awaits his opponent the World Heavyweight Champion.

Jim Ross: Ladies and Gentlemen we are nearly to the match that we have all been waiting for.

Joey Styles: Tonight we see who is the better man Rock or Austin.

Jerry Lawler: I’m so excited I might pee my pants.

Joey Styles: That was something that we didn’t need to know King.

GLASS SHATTERS AS THE CROWD ERUPTS as The Rattlesnake Stone Cold Steve Austin makes his way down the ramp with his World Title as the fans are going absolutely wild. Austin slides into the ring and poses on all Four Turnbuckles as he hopes off and stares at Rock.

Jim Ross: The Intensity between these two men is absolutely wild.

The Referee stands between the two men as he straps the strap to The Rock wrist and then straps the leather strap to Stone Cold Steve Austin wrist. The Referee takes the Title from Austin and shows Rock and Show’s Austin again and lays down the law as the crowd is anxious for the start of the match.

Joey Styles: I can feel the electricity running through this arena.

Jerry Lawler: All mainly thanks to The Rock.

Jim Ross: I wouldn’t bet on that King.

The Bell ring as the match gets underway as both men continue to stare each other down before The Rock throws the first right hand but Austin blocks that with a right hand of his own as he sends The Rock towards the back of the ropes with repeated right hands as the fans are all the way behind the Rattlesnake. Austin then pushes The Rock against The Ropes and whips him across the ring and on the Rebound takes The Rock down to the Mat with a LOU THEZ PRESS as he starts laying in right hands into the Face of The Rock as the crowd is behind The Rattlesnake all the way. He hopes off of The Rock as he readies for The Great One to get back up.

Jim Ross: Austin is on Fire here tonight.

Joey Styles: This is amazing.

Jerry Lawler: No it’s not. We need The Rock to win.

Austin readies himself as The Rock slowly gets up and The Rattlesnake goes for a Stunner on The Rock but The Rock catches the Foot of Austin and Spins him around and Clothesline him down from behind as the crowd boo’s as The Rock starts to lay stomps onto the back of The Rattlesnake as the mood of the crowd has now changed as they are firmly against any moves of The Rock. The Rock then picks up Austin and pulls the Strap in and drives his knee into the stomach of The Rattlesnake as he stands over Austin and applies The Sharpshooter.

Jerry Lawler: All over. The Rock is going to win it.

Jim Ross: I don’t feel that this match is far from over.

Joey Styles: I’ll have to agree with JR there.

The Rock has the Sharpshooter on The Rattlesnake as he leans back as the crowd is getting behind Austin trying to make it to The Ropes. Austin slowly makes his way towards the ropes as The Rock continues to lean back on the Sharpshooter trying to gain the victory and The IWA World Heavyweight Champion. Austin reaches for the Ropes as the referee pulls The Rock off of Austin as Gets up and The Rock charges at the Rattlesnake and Austin Backdrops The Rock onto the Apron as Austin then looks to knock The Rock off the apron but The Rock jumps off of the apron as he drops The Rattlesnake across the ropes as falls down and The Rock pulls Austin out of the ring and whips him into the barricade before lifting him back up with the strap and throwing Austin into the Ringpost as he Rolls Austin back in the ring and goes for a cover ONE…TWO…..Kickout by Austin.

Jerry Lawler: So Close For the Rock. Stone Cold reign is coming to an end.

Joey Styles: King jumping the gun is always a problem in your life isn’t it?

Jerry Lawler: No it’s not.

Jim Ross: HA HA

Jerry Lawler: Lets just get back to the action.

Back in the Ring Austin is whipped into the ropes by The Rock and is caught in a Spine Buster on the rebound as The Rock stands above Austin as he signals for the People’s Elbow.

Jerry Lawler: It’s all Over.

Joey Styles: You may just be right this time.

The Rock bounces off of the ropes and the Bounces off of the other BUT AUSTIN CUTS HIM OFF AND HITS A STUNNER ON THE ROCK!!!!!

Jim Ross: STONE COLD STUNNER!!! STONE COLD STUNNER!!!!!!!! AUSTIN JUST HIT THE STUNNER ON THE ROCK!!!!!!

Jerry Lawler: NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joey Styles: Things are looking to get interesting here.

Austin who is bloody from being rammed into the post earlier cover The Rock ONE….TWO……THRE KICKOUT BY THE ROCK!!!!!

Jim Ross: The Rock kicks out at the last second.

Austin Drags The Rock up again and goes for another Stunner BUT THE ROCK REVERSES THE MOVES AND ROCK BOTTOM!!! ROCK BOTTOM ON THE RATTLESNAKE AS THE CROWD ARE BOOING HEAVILY!!!!

Jerry Lawler: COME ON ROCK!!!

Jim Ross: COME ON AUSTIN!!!

Joey Styles: This unbelievable.

THE ROCK CRAWLS OVER AS HE DRAPES HIS ARM OVER THE RATTLESNAKE AS THE REFEREE DROPS DOWN AND MAKES A COVER ONE…….TWO……..THREEEE!!!!! THE ROCK HAS DONE IT. THE ROCK IS THE NEWWWWW WORLD HEAYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!!!!!!

Jerry Lawler: Yes Yes.

The Crowd isn’t happy with the outcome as The Rock brings Austin back up as the referee drapes the Title over The Rock’s Shoulder.

Joey Styles: This Should be Interesting.

The Rock then extends his hand towards Austin who in turn shakes The Rock hands as the crowd cheers...The Rock then leaves the ring and walks up the ramp with his IWA World Championship, just then we see Shane McMahon walk behind the rock and stand alongside him, he then shakes The Rocks hand as the IWA show goes off Air.
